Course: Spanish I & II -
Course Description: In this course, students will first develop listening and speaking skills, then read and write what they can say—familiar words, commands, phrases, short sentences, and fundamental questions. They will learn to use predictable language in familiar settings. They will start to develop cultural awareness and the ability to recognize the culture's products, practices, and perspectives. They will also use the language to expand their knowledge in all content areas.

Course: Aprende a tejer y a hablar castellano! Learn how to Crochet and how to speak Spanish (immersion/bilingual)
This class is designed for beginners #1 and #2, so it starts at the beginning. Create beautiful artwork using a hook for crochet, thread, and yarn!
Goal: In this class, you will learn crochet basics in a bilingual setting, and you will learn basic Spanish levels 1 and 2. Students will receive bilingual instruction as they learn how to crochet and how to speak Spanish.
This course is appropriate for children of all ages.

Course Description:
Have a passion for Jewelry Making and Spanish? We are offering jewelry-making classes for kids, and we are learning Spanish at the same time. What Will Your Kid Learn? *To make unique Jewelry for friends and families and to learn Spanish. Course Includes Introduction to Beading and Wire Looping. Students will learn how to speak, read, and understand while having fun and making jewelry. Come and enjoy learning!!

Course: Habla y Sonrie en Espanol / Speak and Smile in Spanish (Level I & II. (Level III assessment required)
Course Description:
This Spanish course builds on the fundamentals of language elements in Spanish and continues to focus on the four language skills, which are reading, writing, speaking, and listening in the target language. Through this course, students broaden their knowledge of Spanish grammatical structures and vocabulary, allowing them to communicate ideas freely using various tenses. Students are challenged through their lessons and assignments to improve and further develop their language skills and comprehension of Spanish. Students are also introduced to native aspects of Spanish-speaking cultures, which allow connections to be made with their own culture.

Course: A cantar, bailar y hablar espanol/ Sing, Dance and Speak Spanish
Course Description: Sing, Dance, and Speak Spanish
Level 1 & 2 is an introductory course that gives a foundation in Spanish while you learn Spanish songs and basic dance movements. This course is perfect for students with little or no dance experience. In this course, students will learn the basics of diverse Latin dances. Bilingual instruction: learn Spanish as you learn about Latin music. Sing, Dance, Speak Spanish, and have fun!

Personalized Curriculum
This comprehensive Spanish program for students in grades 9–12 offers a progressive pathway from Spanish I through advanced AP and IB Diploma Programme (DP) Spanish courses. Instruction develops students’ proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and intercultural communication through engaging, authentic, and academically rigorous learning experiences.
Courses are personalized to students’ proficiency levels, academic goals, and learning needs and may be aligned with the National & Hawaiʻi State Standards, AP Spanish Language and Culture, or/and IB DP Spanish frameworks. Students explore Spanish-speaking cultures, literature, current issues, history, and real-world perspectives while strengthening their ability to communicate confidently and effectively in Spanish.
The program also provides targeted AP and IB examination preparation, including practice with examination tasks, writing, reading comprehension, listening, speaking, time management, and test-taking strategies. One-to-one tutoring and individualized academic support are available to help students strengthen specific skills, prepare for assessments, address learning gaps, and achieve their personal academic goals.
